Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to South London Drones. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our drone roof inspection and photography services (the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Services

2.1. Service Description: We provide drone roof inspections and deliver reports based on visual observations and our extensive experience in the construction industry. Our reports are intended for informational purposes only and should not be considered formal roof surveys or structural assessments.

2.2. Limitations: Our reports do not constitute a warranty, certification, or guarantee of the condition of any roof or structure. The information provided is based on the visual data captured by the drone and our professional judgment. We do not inspect areas not visible to the drone or areas that the drone cannot safely access.

2.3. Use of Reports: The reports provided by us are intended for use by the client for personal or business purposes. They are not intended to be used as a substitute for formal roof surveys, structural assessments, or other professional evaluations.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1. Access to Property: The client is responsible for ensuring that we have safe and legal access to the property where the inspection will take place. This includes obtaining any necessary permissions from property owners, tenants, or relevant authorities.

3.2. Safety and Legal Compliance: The client must ensure that the inspection area is free from hazards and complies with all local regulations regarding drone operations.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1. Pricing: The fees for our Services will be agreed upon before the inspection takes place. All fees are non-refundable, except as outlined in Section 5 or at the discretion of South London Drones.

4.2. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice prior to delivery of pictures. Services completion will be carried out within 48 hours subject to weather.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

5.1. Cancellation by Client: The client may cancel the inspection by providing at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5.2. Rescheduling: The client may request to reschedule the inspection, subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests.

5.3. Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an inspection due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or any other reason beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer the client the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

6. Liability

6.1. Limitation of Liability: Whilst we take the upmost care with our Services, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Services or reliance on our reports.

6.2. Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of the client’s use of our Services or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

7.2. Data Protection: We comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. Ownership: All reports, photographs, videos, and other materials created during the inspection are our intellectual property. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal or business purposes.
